Building pathways to every child’s possible

Our Mission

Improve the lives of children with developmental disabilities across New York State by funding inclusive sports and after-school programs that promote confidence, independence, learning, and lifelong growth—through meaningful partnerships with families and communities.

In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
— John 16:33

Nearly 17% of U.S. children ages 3–17 live with a developmental disability, including autism, learning differences, and intellectual disabilities. In New York State alone, tens of thousands of these children still lack access to the full educational and athletic supports they are legally entitled to—such as required therapies and inclusive sports programs. Expanding access to team sports is a powerful way to close that gap. Inclusive athletics build confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging while reinforcing learning beyond the classroom. When paired with education, sports empower children to overcome systemic inequities and reach their full potential—on the field and in life.

Why Access Matters: Impact on Quality of Life

Ready to take the next step?

Support our mission to bring adaptive sports and inclusive athletic opportunities to every child, regardless of ability. Because every child’s heart deserves room to grow—on the field, in the pool, on the court, and in life.

“Because early intervention changes life pathways, expanding access not only builds independence for each child but strengthens our entire community’s future potential.”
